Client education
Detailed walk-through and client education on their new residence
Warranty
1 year for workmanship, 2 years for all mechanical installations and 10 years for major structural components. All manufacturer warranties prevail.
Warranty Management System
A warranty management system provided by HomeWorx. This includes online access to your client home binder. It includes all major construction documents, plans, material selection schedules and warranty booklets. So if you need to know what color paint was used in the kids bathroom 2 years from now, you can look it up –either online or in the binder we provide you approx. 1 month after your project has been completed.
