AMC#1 | Demolition Plan

Studying the demolition plan you see here as well as the original framing plans,  we noticed that the way this house was originally framed, it will be fairly easy to modify interior walls since no loads are carried on any of the walls we have to modify or eliminate. You can also see how the floor plan will change. From looking at the old exterior, we expect some water damage around the old rear entry door, but as we know from the past, only demolition will tell.
