EGC Custom Homes is an innovative and unique builder of green, sustainable structures. Founded by German native Marc Kleinmann, EGC’s distinctly European sensibility has created numerous thoughtful environments with a predilection for energy efficient and environmentally friendly construction. EGC’s renovation, rehab and new construction designs are tailored to sites and climate conditions, thus giving the benefit of a long lasting, energy efficient and low maintenance residence. Marc Kleinmann carries a degree in Real Estate Development & Construction Management from the European Real Estate Academy in Saarbruecken, Germany and is a National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Certified Green Professional. He also serves on the board of Green Built Texas and is the founder of the Dallas Green Building Alliance.
